Motsu nabe packed with the flavors of Hokkaido's natural blessings
The meatballs are made with 100% carefully selected small intestines of Hokkaido beef, Hokkaido chicken and domestic pork, and chewy chicken cartilage is added to the meatballs, and the soup uses soy sauce called Asahikawa soy sauce. The flavor of Hokkaido beef small intestine, the soup stock that oozes out from the meatballs, and the long-established soy sauce from local Asahikawa make the hot pot even more delicious.
To finish off your hotpot, enjoy Asahikawa Ramen, one of Hokkaido's three major ramen, made using underground water from Mt. Daisetsu.

Izakaya Shirofukuro
We are particular about ingredients produced in Hokkaido, and offer dishes such as offal hotpot made with Hokkaido beef and Kikko Nihon special grade soy sauce known as Asahikawa soy sauce, as well as Asahikawa ramen made using tofu from Hirata Tofu store and underground water from Mt. Daisetsu. We have delicious ingredients from Hokkaido, such as eggs from Asahikawa and Kantama cabbage from Wasamu (only available in winter).
In addition, the drink menu includes Asahikawa local beer and local sake.
We also have an all-you-can-eat Zangi course, which is Hokkaido soul food.
This is an izakaya that is particular about using Hokkaido ingredients in a space that is easy to use for a variety of occasions, including family, friends, and work colleagues.
